Our mind is the control center for our body. I have personally seen the impact of how the mind creates or prevents disease. Each one of us holds ENERGY. For us to be well physically, we must vibrate HIGH!

How do we do this?
Surround yourself with other positive people. If someone does not add joy to your spirit, let them go. This includes professional relationships. Many times we push too hard to work through it instead of walking away.
Eat whole foods. If you cannot pronounce the ingredients, do not eat it! I love my chai tea lattes and ice cream, but I do not have them every day. Dead food = Disease and DEATH.
Detox! Our environment, food, and water are filled with toxins and chemicals. Find a detox therapy that works for you and do it REGULARLY. If you live in an urban area, it could be as often as weekly.
I love Intermittent Fasting! Take a day off from eating. It gives your digestive system a much needed break.
Love on YOURSELF! Every day do things to feed positivity into your mind, body, and spirit
o Pray/Meditate
o Massage therapy
o Read
o Go into nature
o Listen to music
o Exercise
DO NOT LIVE IN FEAR! Fear can cause you to search the internet and dig into a rabbit hole of misinformation or over-information. Fear can cause you to ignore your intuitive thoughts. Fear can cause you to over react and make hasty decisions.
Heal from past traumas and negative feelings. Seek help from a professional, healer, or coach to assist you in the process. At times, we bury it so deeply that it impacts our physical health. Sometimes you just need an ear from an unbiased person to help you work through it.
BE WELL! STAY POSITIVE! VIBRATE HIGH!
