Living in Truth

Owning a dog has benefits. They are great emotional support animals and consistent fitness partners. It is a simple life for a dog. They can pee on a lightpost or bark at an intruder and it's 100% acceptable and expected. Every day, a dog can openly and simply live a life of a dog.

Can humans do this? Just simply live a life truly authentic to oneself? It is easier to blend in with the crowd and merge in with the expectations of society even if it's one big, fat LIE.
Since giving birth to children, I am more aware of the lies because I have less energy and time to deal with the bullsh*t. People naturally want to cover up their own insecurities and ignorance. They deflect accountability. They cannot make decisions and use teamwork and collaboration to move the attention away from themselves. Sometimes they micromanage the hell out of people to give them little room for creative freedom. I see it everywhere.
Ultimately, you cannot change other people. You can only go within, heal from your past traumas, and change yourself. You must show up to the world as your unique, complicated self. If you do not actively live in your own truth, the anxiety and stress will show up in other ways: poor diet, inadequate sleep, self medicating with drugs and alcohol, toxic relationships, and the list can go on and on.
Speaking and living what is true to you leaves your conscious FREE. You have no regrets. You have more space in your heart to love and surround yourself with peace. Your life will organically shift and change into your new reality.
You will make better decisions.
Your overall health will become more robust.
Your household will feel calmer and balanced.
You will be able to listen to your intuition and move through challenges with ease.
What good is it to gain the whole world but lose your soul? Are you living your own TRUTH?
