The Cleaner Review

If you don’t know, I’m always down to try an effective detox! Unfortunately, I tend to have slow elimination, so this is always something I am regularly working on through diet, exercise, and detoxification practices.

Random: The word diet comes from the Greek work DIATIA. This means "way of life" or "regimen" which encompassed food, drink, and exercise!

My ancestors used to detox with caster oil, laxatives, and enemas. When they stopped the practice, other issues began to appear over time. I am a big supporter of PREVENTION!

I think I found The Cleaner on TikTok. I even went down a small rabbit hole looking at another detox comparing the two and considering which one to try.

There are several aspects I like about The Cleaner.

✅ 7 or 14-Day Program option

✅ Pill form (no advanced preparation required)

✅ Included a broad range of ingredients (fiber, senna leaf, ginger, dandelion, milk thistle peppermint)

✅ Did not seem harsh on the digestive system

✅ Effective elimination

✅ Woman’s and Men’s formula with a slight variation of ingredients

I purchased The Cleaner from Amazon through the Century Systems store. I chose this route for faster delivery and free delivery (Prime customer). Be careful of fraudulent product sold by other companies. Some customers complained about fake product.

Here’s what happened…

My diet had been all wonky and I needed a kick start to get my digestive tract into gear. It took about 2 days for it to kick in. Then, religiously sometime after break-fast, my stomach went to gurgling and I headed to the toilet. Once that first purge, any other bathroom trips are more normal and less urgent.

Tip: Be sure to drink the recommended 8 to 10 glasses of water or at least half your body weight in ounces.

Would I buy The Cleaner again? ABSOLUTELY! It is easy and not harsh on my digestive system. Although I love my tea detoxes, it can be labor intensive with preparation and drinking A LOT of tea and still having to drink A LOT of water. Truthfully, it is not realistic for working people.

As for all the poo? People need to get used to going when you need to go. I know people who feel some type of way going in public spaces and places. When you have no choice, you break that barrier. Eat clean and you don’t have to worry about smell. Nothing beats whole foods (especially those that contain fiber) and your drinking water. Eat trash and your poo will smell toxic.

Was there weight loss? I should have weighed myself consistently (or at all!). This was NOT the reason why I did the detox. Could it help with losing weight? Sure. Most of us are carrying around waste that should be eliminated more regularly.

Overall, I think this is a great option as a tool to help keep your elimination pathways moving.

Hugs and love!
